How quickly will I see a slate?
Most marketing briefs see a first qualified slate within 5-10 business days. CMO retained searches may take 4-6 weeks, and we will tell you upfront.
What parts of the US do you cover?
Nationwide. Active candidate networks across all 50 states, with remote-first and multi-state searches as standard.
How do your fees work?
Percentage of first-year base salary, agreed in writing before any candidate is introduced. CMO and senior exec retained searches use staged fees.
What does the replacement guarantee cover?
If a placed hire leaves or is terminated within the agreed period, we re-run the search free of charge. Usually 90 days for senior marketing hires.
What information do you need to start?
A job description, comp range, target start date and one decision-maker we can speak with. We can build the rest of the brief on a 30-45 minute call.
Can you handle confidential searches?
Yes. For replacement-of-incumbent or pre-announce searches we run blind slates and only reveal client identity when you decide to.
